Students were introduced to the foods lab and where told lab expectations and rules, as well as how labs are run and where different things are the lab. Their first cooking lab is on Tuesday and is the fruit freeze. Today was also the last day students could stay after school to work on their locker pockets. If they were not here this week (from vacation or illness) they can arrange a time with me to stay after to finish. If they were here this week and choose not to stay after, they will be graded on what they did do on their locker pocket so they can earn partial points.
