Students made a fruit salad today using their cooking terms and pieces of equipment they learned about on Monday. The lab was worth 50 points. If a student was absent for this lab, they must make it up in the next week (by the 25th) in order for me to get the points on their grade before the end of the term. Today was also the last day to turn in any missing/late work and extra credit, including unused late and hall passes. They have been reminded about this every day for the past two weeks.
