1st and 7th period classes learned who to use the rotary cutters, mats and sergers. They also continued working on their bookmarks and steps on their CTE sewing permit.
3rd and 6th period were shown how to complete their locker pockets for their class project. They read through the instructions and grading rubric and the teacher demonstrated the process of making a locker pocket. They were also given an extra credit option to complete for 5 points to review sewing corners. Students were then given the rest of class time to finish their bookmark and sewing permit, then they could start on their locker pockets.
